We have utilized the expert services of Michael Hale in a number of our cases where there were insurance issues.  Such cases have been in Michigan and Florida.  In an arbitration involving a large construction wrap up insurance program, one of the key issues involved whether the correct coverage had been negotiated.  His testimony greatly supported the Plaintiff’s award.
