Michael Hale’s expert testimony in our two-week trial contributed significantly to the jury’s no cause of action verdict in favor of our insurance company client.  Opposing counsel did not even attempt to voir dire him, even though they had voirdired all of the other experts.  The jury members specifically mentioned his testimony in our discussions immediately following the verdict, and commented on the breadth of his knowledge, his likability, and his credibility
